Angie served as the Director of Customer Relations and as a Member of the Management Committee Team of Wash Multifamily Laundry System, a private company with over $500M in annual revenue. She was the business lead that integrated the sales systems of seven acquisitions. The largest merger included Wash’s acquisition of the industry leader in Canada which represented a 50% increase in total company revenue. She also led the outsourcing of half of the company’s U.S. call center operations to El Salvador and the Philippines which significantly reduced costs while having no adverse impact to the business. As the Corporate and Sales Administration Manager, Angie consolidated four departments into two which reduced costs by $100K in the first year while improving operating efficiencies by 30%.
